Near the Cottage In ProvenceScroll down to see all the photos.
The walk to Lagnes was down a pretty, narrow road lined with wildflowers. In
the distance you can see the village.
Above are photos of the little grocery store (left) and the bakery
(right) in Lagnes where we shopped. The bakery sold the most unbelievably
buttery pastry that must have been used to define the phrase "French pastry."
It was to die for (and it probably would have killed us if we could have eaten
it every day).
Above is a better view of Lagnes.
The cottage was not far from a vineyard that was just starting its spring growth. |
