Here they are at Xmas, 2003. Ireland, left, is helping grandmother pick up Xmas wrappings. Claudia, right, is admiring some silver dance shoes grandmother gave her for play dress-up fun.

Here the grandkids are in granddad's garden summer 2003. They liked walking along the path and turning over rocks to find roly-poly bugs. The grandparents had to ask them to open their fists to free the bugs before they brought them into the house.
